Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unworn, with tags attached and original packaging). Your satisfaction is as important to us as your bike’s performance is to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Body Maintenance products (opened items)
- Balaclavas (for hygiene reasons)
- Bib Shorts (if the hygiene liner has been removed)
- Brake Bleeding kits (opened fluid containers)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps as precisely as you’d adjust your brake calipers:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 24 business hours (faster than a quick wheel change)
- Package Securely – Return items in original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (quicker than a pro mechanic’s tune-up)
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your email
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
Exchange shipping times match our standard delivery times (10-25 days depending on method).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your aero components or bike protection gear arrives damaged or defective:
